If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason whatsoever, we will allow for a cancellation of your purchase within 7 days in exchange for a credit note in the form of a Promo Code. For purchases where proceeds of funds are paid towards a beneficiary comprising of a non-profit organisation, association or society, there will be no cancellations nor refunds acceptable. Any funds paid towards the campaign will be deemed a general donation.
